We are committed to providing a high quality service to all our Carers. However, if you are dissatisfied with the services you receive from us, you have the right to complain. In the first instance you can speak with your Support Worker. If you feel your complaint should be dealt with more formally, you can write to the Centre Manager, FREEPOST SCO1597, Dumfries DG1 2PW.
